Living in a big city, you would think that unless you went to the zoo or drove out into the mountains, you would not easily find wildlife. But I have had the lucky fortune of playing host for the past few months  to a furry rodent that had set up house somewhere on my apartment balcony. Today, I finally nabbed it!

I thought I would never have this experience . . . but I was almost struck by lightning last night! 

Went to Tokyo to visit some friends recently. Saw many things, ate a lot of good food. And of course everywhere was the ubiquitous vending machine. 

Disbursed throughout Taipei are small neighborhood parks, which provide some shade and and solitude from the summer heat and hustle and bustle of the city. At one particular park, I found these cute little statuettes of dinosaurs. 

It's good to take pleasure in your work and fortunately for me, I was able to take a little more pleasure recently during Computex Taipei 2007. 

I discovered some small baby fish living in the water garden on my apartment balcony and found out that you are really what you eat!
