Oink! Was on the john one day in a bookstore in Taipei when I saw this amusing sight. Someone drew the face of a pig using the fastener connecting the two sections of the bathroom stall as the nose. Toilet humor. Gotta admit, it's pretty funny!

A water garden I started a water garden a few months ago. It started out with some potting containers, just a few water plants and a bunch of cheap goldfish I bought at a fish store.

A (large) spider in the stairwell Yikes! A huge spider! Being a semi-tropical climate, bugs here in Taiwan can grow to a fairly large size, like this spider hanging in the stairwell of my apartment building.
