I had never heard of Brazilian jiujitsu before coming to Taiwan. I find it gives you a great workout while training you how to defend yourself. Besides, it's a wonderful way of working out your frustrations. Have a bad day at work, go ahead and take it out on someone in practice! But I must say . . . had I seen this video before starting BJJ . . . well, perhaps I would have just stuck with playing Ultimate Frisbee. |
