It was another gorgeous day today. Perfect for biking to work. The sun was out, but the air was a bit nippy. I hardly worked up a sweat until over half way to the office.

I don't know how much longer this great weather we've been having will last. I'm sure gloomy, rainy and cold windy days are soon to come. I might as well enjoy the fact that I can leaisurely bike to work and actually enjoy it and not curse horrible, miserable weather conditions.

Oh, I'm getting a big shiny new toy soon! My purchase of a test run bike was cleared today and the paperwork is running its course. The office is fresh out of MKS detachable pedals and I was going to slap on some cheapy plastic ones just for the time being but fortunately I was able to get hold of a pair of sample pedals to test out. It's great to work for a bike company!

I'm getting a pretty high-end bike and it woud have been a shame to put some cheap plastic pedals on it. I usually don't get turned on by having the latest and greatest in consumer goods, but thinking about this new bike makes me excited! Some guys like to show off cars, I'm afraid I'm getting into showing off bikes!
